How can I pay? What cards do you accept?

We use Paypal which accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

You can also send payment by cheque made payable to Avokado & Co. Once payment has been put through we will commence with your order.

 

If I change my mind, When is it too late to change my order?

Cancellations must be received before 1pm on day of shipping. For Personalised orders if we have already started your order, as you can imagine this is too late to change your order. Please telephone our office for details on +353 (0)61 718771.

 

How can I check where my order is?

We will send you an email each time your order is processed. You can log into your account and check the status of your order here

 

If I want to ship my order to a friend, will they know the value of the gift?

No. When we ship your order we will include a shipping slip. Upon completion of your order you will receive an email with your payment receipt. We can however include a personal greeting card if desired.

We ship within Ireland and also worldwide. Our shipping rates & times can be viewed in the Shipping and Delivery section.

 

How can I return unwanted items?

We like happy customers but if for some reason you are unhappy with a product you receive and wish to return an item please email us first at: sales@avokadoandco.com where we will issue you with a return code number.

Please ensure you or the party submitting the order check the spellings of any names provided as we will rely strictly on the information as input by the party placing the order and cannot be responsible for any error on submission.
